Body Composition
This test begins with a 15-minute evaluation of body fat percentages through the measurement of skin folds, followed by a 10-minute consultation with fitness staff to determine your goals based on the results. For best results, please schedule this as your first activity of the day.



Fitness Consultation
Spend time with one of our certified, experienced trainers in the weight room working on new exercises, discussing new goals, learning how to schedule your workout into a daily routine, or learning more about other parts of fitness such as flexibility or relaxation. There are many possibilities when you choose this fitness option.

Complete Fitness Assessment

This battery of tests includes a sub-maximal bicycle test of measure aerobic capacity, a grip strength test, a skin-fold composition test (measurement of body fat), blood pressure screening, resting heart rate evaluation, a sit and reach test for flexibility and a “crunch” test for muscular endurance.
